Payment & Reservation Confirmation
Advance payment via bank transfer to a designated Japanese account is required.
Reservation is confirmed upon verification of payment by the due date.
Provisional reservation is held for 3 days.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fee up to 14 days before.

Cancellation fees apply even in bad weather.
Fees are waived only if the Fuji Skyline or trail is closed due to typhoons or severe weather warnings.
Fees apply for cancellations due to illness.
Important Requirement for Reservation
We only accept payments via Domestic Bank Transfer in Japan.
We DO NOT accept credit cards or international wire transfers.
Refunds for cancellations can only be made to a Japanese bank account.
If you do not have a Japanese bank account, please ask a friend or representative residing in Japan to book for you.
All inquiries and reservation correspondence are handled in Japanese only. We cannot reply to inquiries in English.
